It can be difficult to determine the best supplement from it's label alone. So you should also rely on reputation. Look for supplements that are produced by companies that have been around for a while - 3 or more years. Use the Internet to do searches on these companies and see if they have pending lawsuits against them or a history of consumer complaints.
