I wish I had a book like this years ago to recommend to my classes. It's everything a person needs to get started and keep focused on the road to good health. Easy 8-week anti-aging diet plan! I bought this didn't know what to expect. I couldn't be more pleased! Although the excercises are for beginners, I make my excercises a little harder by using a higher resistance exercise band. The recipes have easy throw-together instructions and I like everything I've tried so far, especially the filo ricotta chips. I highly recommend this book!
