An anti-aging diet and exercise plan everyone should read and FOLLOW

I am a former exercise instructor with a nuitrition background. I wish I had a book like this years ago to recommend to my classes. It's everything a person needs to get started and keep focused on the road to good health.

With my busy life I am glad to have this well written and easy to follow book. As a healthy eater, the recipes are well balanced and easy to follow.

Easy 8-week anti-aging diet plan!

I bought this didn't know what to expect. I couldn't be more pleased! Although the excercises are for beginners, I make my excercises a little harder by using a higher resistance exercise band.  The recipes have easy throw-together instructions and I like everything I've tried so far, especially the filo ricotta chips.  I highly recommend this book! I also bought a copy for my parents who are both 70 and they love it too.
