As we get older, many of us begin to think about how to keep my body in peak physical condition as we age. Lately, a number of people have began to take anti aging supplements. The jury remains out on exactly how much difference all of these aging supplements really make compared to good old fashioned exercise. But with the Human Genome Project gathering speed and gene therapy coming into its own, it is only a matter of time until miraculous anti aging supplements begin making their appearance. For now, determining which nutritional supplements are really anti aging and which are not is a matter of doing your own investigative work before taking them.
