Brazil is rapidly becoming know for two disparate things - acai juice and the bossa nova. Açaí is a high-power berry harvested on co-op farms from a special Amazon palm tree. Açaí berries contain amino acids, essential fatty acids (Omega 3, 6, and 9), and higher amounts of antioxidants than any other fruit. It also has over 14 times more antioxidants than raw spinach, and 10 to 30 times more anthocyanins than red wine. Bossa nova is a style of Brazilian music invented in the late 1950s by a group of middle-class students and musicians living in the Copacabana and Rio De Janeiro areas of Brazil. It's movement derives from the samba. More Information on acaiacai berries and birds disease discoveries acai Acai Berry Resourcesfinding acai in rio juice bars |
